刘理政 男，安徽省潜山市官庄镇人，1958年6月生，中共党员，大专文化。

刘理政同志和中书协主席苏士澍老师合作出版了作品合集，和欧阳中石老先生及中美协主席范迪安老师、西北画泰斗刘文西、何家英等著名大家都有合集问世。现经有关部门通过精心编纂出版了和权希军老前辈的作品合集，均已出版面世。同时，刘理政同志作品还散见于中国民族书画报、香港苏富比画报及诸多刋物上，各大网络诸如雅昌网等均有报道和宣传。
